You can request cancellation while your order is in 'Quoting Shipping' or 'Quote Ready' status. Once payment is confirmed, cancellation is not possible. Contact us via WhatsApp for urgent changes.
Sign in to your account and go to 'My Orders'. You'll see the real-time status of each order: Quoting Shipping → Quote Ready → Verifying Payment → Payment Confirmed → In Preparation → Shipped → Delivered.
When you place an order, our team calculates the shipping cost to your location based on weight, dimensions, and destination country. This may take 2 to 8 business hours.
Yes. Quotes are valid for 48 hours. If you don't complete payment in that time, your order will be automatically cancelled and you'll need to create a new one.
